Founded in 2019, Jasmine started with aspirations to provide the best long-term care for the elderly. We provide a comfortable physical environment, improved care, and a social environment to the residents’ liking.
We are a female, minority-owned business that takes pride in the care we provide for the seniors of our community. We are not a large corporation, and quite the opposite, we are a family that understands the needs of other families. We respect the independence, dignity, diversity, privacy, choice, and rights of our residents.

Bios of Owners
Hasmik Sargsyan is the founder and CEO of Jasmine. She has an extensive background in health care, health services, and accounting. Her goal is to provide every resident with a healthy atmosphere filled with happiness, comfort, and safety.
Arman Sargsyan
